The year 2012 has begun, unhappily called as the promised as the year of all probations. However, one must not think that the perfect storm , which appears in the horizon, is issued from the stars’ unfavourable metaphysics, holds the infallibility providential halo of destiny, nor even to the insane conjugated exercise of human faculties. No, the greatly adverse context ‘s origins, which weighs over us, being in reality worldly, inscribe themselves within the social being materiality. Returning unto the dynamic and the global crisis moment on the dominant manner of capitalist (re) production and placing the need to carry on the identification of its concrete co-ordinates and the configuration of forcing contradictions; establishing the course of its movement and analysing the graduation and the meaning of distinct and differentiated processes, which work from their inside.
Moreover, the need which presents itself as a fundamental demand of the resistance revolutionary action itself, accumulation of strengths and change. The organized struggle from the given circumstances, aiming to modify the strength correlation and assure the transforming advance.
Since the times of the world finance highest point, the anguished report of dangers which involve the “world economy’ became a common procedure ( see the IMF director’s recent statements). If a year ago, ideologues and the system’s modulators invested troop would line up the compass, trumpeting all over , the inglorious signals of the pretence recovery, currently the imminence of a fall is recognized, deeper than in 2008. In the last months, the sacred mantle covering the so-called European Union’s “European construction” ,crumbled into dust and within the latter, the common currency process, the Euro, which became ill-fated and even touched by the original sin. With the Eurozone converted into the infectious focus which threats the Triad’s vertices and the world economic network, the crisis theatrical dramatization carried out by its major actors, appears as holy water, scattered upon the successive and cruellest anti-social packages. In the same direction of the frontal offensive against the working world, reaches unheard levels, seizing historical achievements.
World capitalism, playing the passing the buck and the State villains game, being the USA the main factor of all the economic unbalances which reverberate throughout the world - proceed, in the obsession to escape amid the rain drops and, most of all, revert the hegemonic decline via the weapon run and the global military threat.
Nevertheless, one must not forget that the capitalist crisis does not affect the world in a uniform manner. The evidence of the BRICS’ importance together with the whole of the emergent powers within the global economy, is growing.
The re -arranging force trajectory ,in progress, within the international level, from which China’s role blunts, without disdaining its dialectics and contradictions, represents a major historical element, within the crisis development in the centre of the world’s capitalist architecture. Despite the imperialist offensive escalade and sophistication, the contours of a world in transition, which challenges the dominant order, gliding over 2011. It is enough to look at the other side of the Atlantic and fix the major event, the founding summit of the Latin-American and Caribbean Community of States, in Caracas, a month ago. A consequence of decades of revolutionary resistance, moulded after Cuba’s example, and over ten years of a progressive change wave, which, in a counter-cycle, crosses Latin America, its example illuminating all challenges and the contradictory character of our time. Through which, the imperative justice of the struggle will carry on tracing its liberating path.
