Thousands of women took to the streets on International Women's Day. In a great show of strength, organized by the Women's Democratic Movement, they demonstrated for rights, equality and an end to violence. PCP joined this struggle, alongside the working women, in defense of a fair and democratic society.

Equality is an essential pillar. Women's struggle, yesterday and today, builds a future free from discrimination. There are still obstacles, but the courage and strength demonstrated inspire confidence that a fairer future is possible.
