The Working Group, having considered a broad set of suggestions made by the participating Parties, and others that were unable to be present but who sent their opinions to the Working Group, decided that the theme of the International Meeting of 2006 will be:”Danger and potencialities of the international situation. The imperialist strategy and the energy issue, the peoples struggle and the experience of Latin America, the prospect of socialism.”
