About Obama’s visits during the end of last month, one remembers the visits to Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and Germany. His displacement to the Middle East resumes to the participation at the Gulf Cooperation Council Summit, the coordination structure of the petro-chemicals in the region, involved in support to terrorism, destabilization and aggression wars and a meeting with the Abu Dhabi Emirate Crown Prince and the Army second commander of the United Arab Emirates, in order to discuss Yemen, Libya and Iraq.
The visit to Great Britain and Germany was particularly clear on some of their priorities. It was preceded by a request from the Congress of a supplementary budget dotação with the purpose of reinforcing the NATO military presence in the European East and the Baltic. More 3,4 billion dollars that increased four fold the NATO budget at the East Front. However, the Nobel Prize went far ahead. The “USA” effort is not enough. The “allies” ought to give up being “compliant. with their own defence”, increase the military expenditure and collaborate in the different war fronts, in the confront with the Russian Federation, the “fight against jihadists”, Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia, CIBER-Intelligence, migrations, the anti missile shield, were some of the fronts Obama demands more action from the “European partners”. Meanwhile he praised the EU-Turkey agreement and the NATO military action in the Aegean Sea, against the refugees. A more militarist speech ought to be difficult ,a prediction of what ought to be Obama’s future visits to Europe, in order to participate at the NATO Summit, in Warsaw.
But war was not the only issue for Obama. The European Union disintegration elements are a central worry for the Transatlantic Axe power. Obama did not leave behind any doubts on how he sees and for what is the use of the European Union. The USA “ need a strong, united and prosperous Europe (…) “ a united, liberal, pluralist and free market Europe” that “cannot doubt itself”. The message had a receiver: Great Britain. That interfered direct and roughly in the British referendum campaign. It joined the blackmail choir of the IMF,OECD and the European Union. The scenario was drawn out as a catastrophe, such as others, if the British people decide the Brexit and shamelessly, stated that the USA “ have the need of your[ Great Britain] great influence to carry on – including within Europe”. If not, it goes to“ the end of the row”, concerning the commercial terms with the USA.
And in fact, the USA need the EU of the great capital. Namely to negotiate the TTIP, Obama’s agenda highest point, during his visit to his great friend Merkel’s Germany. An agreement that, as revealed and proved by recent news, represent a mega attempt to labour and social rights, public health and food, productive apparatus and states sovereignty. An attempt and an imposition from the “great brother”, that the “democratic” and “progressive” Obama fiercely defends, even blackmailing his European “friends”.
What clarifies these visits, is that Obama is, upon two mandates, a North-American president , in his essence, equal to his predecessors; the other is that the European Union is an imperialist nature process. And that is why Obama came over to Europe to defend it with all his strength.
