To mark International Women's day, the Women's Democratic Movement held two demonstrations, in the cities of Porto and Lisbon, on March 7 and 13 respectively.
These two important days of struggle in defence of women's rights, of their emancipation, of their right to work, of their right not to be subject to deregulation of schedules, of not being attacked in terms of their work ties take on great significance in a framework as complex as what we are experiencing. A journey of women's struggle against discrimination, inequalities and injustices to which they are subjected because of their sex.
